Cancellation Policy
At We Clean, we make scheduling simple and stress-free. Appointments must be booked in advance and are confirmed through text or email. Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a $50 fee. Clients are responsible for ensuring we have access to the property at the scheduled time or can purchase equipment directly from us. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept all major cards. If you're not fully satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
