  • What type of cleaning services do you offer?
    WeCleanHouston.org offers a wide range of cleaning options for the needs of all types of homes and businesses. Our services include Deep Cleaning, Move-in/Move-out Cleaning, Post Construction Cleaning, General Home Cleaning, Office Cleaning. See our service page to book your next appointment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    As a service based company we understand that life and situations change daily and we have to pivot in order to save time on some occasions. WeCleanHouston.org has set in place opportunities for you to cancel or reschedule your clean, we ask that you do so within 24 hours before your clean is scheduled to be done. This allows us to communicate with our staff and also fill canceled spots on our calendar. Violation to follow our cancellation policy will result in a non-refundable charge of $100.00 for drive-time.
  • Do you offer specialized cleaning? (Carpet cleaning, Window Cleaning)
    At the moment WeCleanHouston.org does not offer any type of specialized cleaning. As our company grows so will our services to ensure our clients get an overall cleaning experience.
  • How do I schedule a clean?
    Before your initial clean, we ask that a free walk-through is scheduled first. this pre-service allows our cleaning professionals and clients to know the exact needs and services your home or business will need. during this process our Field Operations team member will take you through an extensive process checking overlooked areas of your home as well as under cleaned areas. After this process is complete we will offer you the service that best fits your needs and an invoice will be corrected. All clients must place a card on file to be charged after your clean is completed, if a card cannot be placed on file the client must present a payment before any work is performed.
  • What homes qualify for the deep cleaning special.
    If you are booking our deep cleaning service, please note that only select homes qualify. 1 Bedroom 2 Bedrooms 3 Bedrooms This service is provided as a first-time cleaning for our clients'.

On-time Guarantee

We Guarantee your time. We know how important timeliness is for service-based companies, and we respect your schedule. if we are more than an hour late to your appointment, we will clean your space for free.
